Terms of service

The service

Velix sells prepaid subscriptions that give one account access to the Velix network described on the homepage. A subscription is personal and must not be resold or shared outside the plan's device limit.

Payment and Terms

All packages and subscriptions are prepaid. A package or subscription is activated once payment has been successfully settled and remains active until its stated expiry date. Packages and subscriptions do not renew automatically.

All purchases and credit top-ups are non-refundable once credited or activated, except where required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to attack third parties, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to infringe anyone's rights. How you use your connection is your decision and your responsibility.

Suspension

An account is suspended when it breaches these terms, abuses the network, or presents a security or payment risk. Where the reason is not itself unlawful, the account is told why.

Availability

Nodes are operated on a best-effort basis. Planned maintenance and upstream network failures happen; what the console can see is visible to members after sign-in.

Jurisdiction

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are. Velix does not warrant that the service is lawful or available in any particular country.
