What we do not keep
A privacy claim is only worth the table it maps to. Every line here is a line in the privacy policy, and that policy names the tables.
No traffic logs
No browsing history, no destination domain list, no packet contents. Usage counters are aggregated per subscription and per node, never per site visited.
Our own nodes
Velix operates the nodes your traffic goes through. No third-party network sits in the middle of it.
Nothing third-party on load
This site makes no third-party font, CDN or analytics request before you consent, and sets no cookie before sign-in.
Encrypted in transit
Your traffic is encrypted to the node you choose. The device key used to enforce a plan limit is an opaque hash, kept for that limit and nothing else.

How it works
Three steps, no installer to babysit.
Create an account
Email and password only — no social login, no phone number. When registration is invite-only, an invitation or a member's referral code opens it.
Pick a term and pay
Pay from your credit balance or by card. The subscription is created the moment the payment settles, and it expires on a fixed date with no auto-renewal.
Import and connect
Import the subscription into your VPN client, or scan the QR code. Per-platform setup steps are in the member backoffice.

Questions people actually ask
How many devices can I use at once?
As many as the plan's device limit allows, and every plan's limit is listed in the member backoffice. Concurrent connections beyond it are dropped, not billed.
What happens if I use all my traffic?
The subscription stops passing traffic until it expires or you buy a new term. There is no overage charge and no automatic top-up.
Does the subscription renew itself?
No. A term is prepaid and simply expires. Nothing to cancel, and no stored card is ever charged again.
How do I pay?
From the credit balance in your wallet, or by card at checkout. Card payments are fulfilled by a verified webhook from the payment provider once the payment settles.
What do you log?
The account data needed to run the service: profile, subscription, quota counters and payment records. Traffic counters are per subscription, not per browsing target. The privacy policy lists each table.
